Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer (a natural person purchasing outside the scope of their business activity) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without stating a reason.

Deadline. The 14-day period is calculated from the day the goods came into the buyer’s possession. The withdrawal statement is considered timely if it is sent to the Seller within 14 days.

How to withdraw. The consumer notifies the Seller of the withdrawal using the withdrawal form (available below) or by another unequivocal statement, by email to 4g.lte.company@gmail.com or by post to the Seller’s registered address.

Returning the goods. The consumer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal statement was sent. The goods are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all accompanying documentation and accessories.

Return costs. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. This notice is displayed in accordance with the law.

Diminished value. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Refund. The Seller refunds the amount paid without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the returned goods (or proof that the goods have been sent, whichever occurs first). The refund is made using the same means of payment used by the buyer, unless the buyer agrees otherwise.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and which were unsealed after delivery, nor to goods made to the consumer’s specifications.
