Terms of Use and Purchase

These terms govern purchases made through the www.4glte.rs online store, owned by 4G LTE COMPANY BGD DOO BEOGRAD, Uralska 36, 11000 Beograd, tax ID (PIB) 109167989, company registration number 21136140 (hereinafter: the Seller).

Ordering. An order is placed by adding items to the cart and filling in the details on the checkout page. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with these terms. Upon receiving the order, the Seller verifies the availability of the goods and confirms the order by email or phone.

Prices. All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) with VAT included. The price valid at the moment of order confirmation is final. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; orders already confirmed are not affected.

Availability. Goods are sold from the suppliers’ assortment. If an ordered item is not available, the Seller will notify the buyer and offer a replacement, a modification, or cancellation of the order.

Delivery time. The delivery time is 1–3 business days. In case of unforeseen circumstances (item unavailability at the supplier, courier service delays and similar), delivery may take up to a maximum of 5 business days, of which the buyer will be notified in due time.

Delivery. Delivery is carried out by courier service (Post Express) within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, or by pickup at one of the Seller’s stores. Delivery costs are shown on the checkout page before order confirmation. Pickup at a store is free of charge.

Payment. Payment is possible by cash on delivery (in cash to the courier upon delivery, or at the store upon pickup) or by bank transfer (for legal entities, based on a proforma invoice).

Complaints and withdrawal. The buyer’s rights regarding complaints about goods and the right of withdrawal from the contract are governed by separate documents (Complaints Policy and Right of Withdrawal), which form an integral part of these terms.

Governing law. Anything not regulated by these terms is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
